At BOSHA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our returns policy is here to help.

Returns:

• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
